RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns of items purchased. All sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds, unless the items are found to be defective, not fit for purpose, inaccurate or there is a missing item in your order, within a 14-day from the day you received your items. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For more information, you can contact us via Email or WhatsApp. You will get directions on how and where to return your items once the return request is approved. Without our acceptance of the return request, we do not accept returned goods.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, not fit for purpose, inaccurate or there is a missing item in your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

We will notify you of the status of your return request. The return payment will be automatically paid to your original payment method. Do note that there will be a processing time for the refund amount, and it will be subjected to the respective bank or credit card company.
